LEADER can fund the following Sustainable Development & Climate Change type projects; Protection & Improvement of Local Biodiversity, Protection & Sustainable use of Water Resources, Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency & Waste Management, Climate Change Training, Study Tours & Events and Biodiversity & Water Quality Exemplar Projects

How to Apply?
The submission of an Expression of Interest Form is the first step in applying for LEADER Funding. Once you submit your fully complete Expression of Interest Form, Leitrim Development Company will contact you to outline if your proposed project is eligible for funding or not and if you can proceed to full Application.
Funding is available at a rate of up to 75% for Capital Projects, up to 90% for Analysis & Development Projects and 100% for Training Projects.
