Due to an increase in demand in our afterschool service Naíonra Kinderkare located in Carrick on Shannon, Co. Leitrim, has the following position available:

Afterschool Assistant.

Naíonra KinderKare is looking for an enthusiastic person to join or our team. We have a position available in our afterschool room.

Suitable candidate should have:
· A good command of the English language.
· Good communication skills
· Basic computer skills to manage childcare app
· The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Desired but not essential.
· QQI level 5 or equivalent in Childcare studies.
· First aid and Children’s first cert.
· Experience working in a childcare setting.
· A basic (School) level of Irish.

We offer.
· 38 week contract, (Halloween, Christmas, Easter, Mid term and summer off)
· Support and supervision meetings
· Working as part of a small group of professionals.
· Wages discussed individually depending on qualification and experience.
