The Wellbeing Fair will be held in the Landmark Hotel on Wednesday 9th of October from 10am to 2pm as part of World Mental Health Week 2024. This free event will include stands from a range of agencies on mental health supports and promoting positive mental health. There will also be a choice of four workshops on Mindfulness, Sound Bath, Creativity for Wellbeing and Creative Arts. The Workshops will be assigned on a first come, first served basis so be sure to be there in time to register for your preferred workshop. Lunch will also be available at the event.

The Wellbeing Fair and other events for Mental Health Week are organised by Leitrim Development Company in conjunction with Mental Health Ireland Leitrim PPN HSE Ireland and Breffni Mental Health Association.

All events are free. The week's events are funded through HSE Connecting for Life, Leitrim Development Company Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme(SICAP) and Breffni Mental Health Association.
