We are seeking people from all nationalities to contribute to our Integration Cookbook - a celebration of the cuisines and cultures of everyone who calls Leitrim their home.
Just send in your recipe, some photos of the dish and a little bit about yourself. Closing date is 7th of October 2024 so get your recipes in as soon as possible!
Recipes will be featured in our published book and all contributors will be invited to the launch.
